Mission Update (April 2017)

Posted on Tue May 2, 2017 @ 8:42am by Captain Edward Pearson

Good morning!

April is gone and May is here! We only completed a total of two posts this month. I will be honest, which is something you can always count on me to be, I'm not very happy with the progress we're making on this mission. I'd really hoped we would be closer to completing it by now. I really need everyone to be replying to TAGs as promptly as possible so we can get this done. There are a handful of people who've gone really quiet as of late.. please remember that if you need some time away (which does happen) then just let me know. I would rather know, than not. On my part, my school stuff is done until October and I have a number of things planned for this place. I want to finally get those achievements done, as well as getting a wiki started. With regards to our mission, I know that I've mentioned to you guys about an away mission happening... I'd like to see us get to that point, and on the planet this month. Let's start bring this mission to a close. Overall I think you've all done really well with this mission so we just need to push it a bit further.

Monthly Mission Recap
Ensign Avirett, accompanied by Ensign Solok, went to the galley to construct the sedative device that they were planning to use on the bridge in order to retake it. They ran into the Chef who wasn’t at all too pleased that they were up to no good. Elsewhere, Lieutenant Long set up a remote control to shut down the plasma flow to the nacelles. Once he completed this task, he rejoined the Captain and the MACOs. Ensigns Tanet and Tia-Jai, along with Crewman Janson, headed for the transporter to secure it. They did not encounter any resistance. On the bridge, Commander Sherebrook and the other women are carefully monitoring their every action.

New Arrival!
This month we gained a new member of our writing troop! JamesG joined us as science officer Julia Ainscow. It is intended that the character will come aboard at the beginning of the next mission when we meet up with the U.S.S. Yelchin (which will be our tribute to Anton Yelchin who played Ensign Pavel Chekov in the nuTrek movies).

Bravo Fleet Management System
Just a reminder that the new Bravo Fleet Management System is now up and I need everyone to create their characters on it so that I can put you on the roster. Signing up is easy. Just go to and click on Membership, then Join the Fleet to create your account. From there, you can find 'Create Character' in the dashboard on the top left side.

Join Discord! I'd like to see more of you in there and talking to one another. It can be fun!

Have a good month everyone!
